On 4 separate occasions I have attempted to appeal...

On 4 separate occasions I have attempted to appeal the parking charge ( 25min at a gp surgery) . On those occasions an error appeared of which I have taken a screenshot of. I have then managed to submit the appeal however what concerns me is that something may not have reached the company e.g. evidence. The number which is plastered everywhere on the answers says that the call centre is currently closed due to covid 19 which I fully understand.

However how am I going to know whether the evidence had been sent through without problems. Further, i have video evidence of your screen not actually working properly and other relevant evidence which I am unable to send.

Can you please advise when the call centre is opening.
