Ok, so I've known Shane White for several years, and we're in the process of selling our first home and buying a new one, which we're hoping is our last (we'll see what God has planned).
READ. MY. TEXT. SHANE IS INCREDIBLE!!! Despite having lots of things to do on a daily basis, I feel like I'm his only client! Whenever I've messaged, called, emailed, or smoke-signaled him, he's been right on it. I've never been left wondering what's happening, where we're at in the process, if he needs more info, or what the next steps were. Not to mention he's got access to like every mortgage product/program ever created!!! Shane was able to find us a loan program that will end up saving us literally tens of thousands of dollars over the life of our loan.
Shane is a true professional, very prompt, efficient, thorough, and caring. He's not just there to sell you a loan. He's there to help you find the right way to buy a home, that works for your exact situation without putting any undue burdens on your finances. He's also given us some very sound advice as to how to improve our credit standing and helped us develop a plan to save even more money in the future. He's fantastic, friendly, and always on the ball while working on your file. And he looks good doin' it!
If you don't call Shane and at least investigate the options he has, you'll end up paying more than you need to. Call him!!
