In the last few years I've going to Calgary BMW for service even though the car is out of warranty. I've been having my major services done in this shop because they have the OEM parts and Andrew Lobas who is my service advisor is excellent. He explain things very well including the possible issues and repairs needed. He discussed the possible parts and repair cost via phone or email before hand so there are no surprises. He even connected me with the techs who repaired my car to further explain what the issues are and how it was fixed. He also connected me with the parts guys to see the best price I can get for the repairs. Roman Sotelo has helped me a lot in the parts pricing, what an awesome guys. I can only say that if Andrew is not around to handle my services in Calgary BMW I would have probably gone somewhere else. Kudos to you Andrew and Roman, you guys are the one of the reasons Calgary BMW has happy repeat customers. You deserve the best! More power to you and Calgary BMW!
