The service center here is great. The guys never try to push for unnecessary repairs and the cost is always explained to you clearly beforehand. I've never waited for longer than an hour for routine maintenance, even without an appointment. The times that my car needed longer services, I've dropped my car off in the morning, used their shuttle service to get to and from work, and got my car at the end of the day... so easy! Free coffee and car wash during servicing are nice perks too.
