Saint-Cyr Military School is a French school of military higher education. The school is graduated by ground army officers and some national police officers. It is one of the schools of Saint-Cyr-Quetquidan, located in the Morbihan region of the Brittany region. The motto of these schools is: they learn to win.

School History
The period of the government of consuls and the empire
The Military Specialized School was created by the Law of 11 Florial of the Tenth Year, corresponding to 1 May 1802, by order of the First Consul Napoleon Bonaparte, who initially established it at the Chateau La Fontaine Bleu (Decision 8 Bluevius 11th Year, January 28, 1803). In 1806 she was transferred to Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole (Yvelines). After the coronation of Napoleon as emperor, he changed the name of the school in 1804 to the Imperial Military School. Enrollment began regularly and annually from 1818.
