I had owned a second hand Subaru for nearly six and half years before the frame succumbed to the rust from Vermont winters and it became unable to pass inspection. With half of October left before I didn t have a road legal vehicle I went to speak to Jim Glassford and had one of the most simple and courteous car buying experiences I ve ever had. I had inadvertently contacted him on his day off with my situation and he still responded to schedule a time to sit down with me (which was the next day). I told him what I was interested in trying to find as a replacement and we discussed the options available. He was extremely polite and was very attentive to the predicament I was in. I can t thank him enough for his prompt responses to my emails with questions that resulted in such a stressful situation being resolved in three days with the papers being signed on a certified Legacy that my family and myself absolutely love riding around in. Jim and I have a lot of mutual acquaintances and he made sure to ask about nearly all of them in the time I spent at the dealership. It was so nice to be dealing with someone that genuinely cared about his customer and their need. Thank you so much Jim and the Twin City Subaru crew! Keep up the great work!
