YES Plumbing Representative Alex V. was coming to our home to do an annual air conditioning inspection. When he arrived he discovered and brought to my attention that our air conditioning unit had froze up and that the fan in attic was no longer coming on as needed. Because of the age of the unit we opted for Alex to present our options in regard's to a new air and heating unit and we made our choice. The unit was installed the next day. Alex was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. We appreciate both YES Plumbing and Alex for their help.
