I concur with other complainants here that Millenium Trust Company operates with shady practices such as imposing an annual fee without fully informing or gaining consent. The woman I spoke with on the phone was respectful but unbudging in assuming any responsibility. I did get 2 of 8 years' fees refunded, hoping that the transfer process is straightforward. That Millennium is shady like other big banks is no consolation. Broad distrust in these institutions is well-justified.
