Ordered Christmas tree on Dec 3rd - received email...

Ordered Christmas tree on Dec 3rd - received email on Dec 7th that tree had shipped - called customer service on the 10th - rep confirmed tree had not shipped. No response received from multiple voice messages or emails to customer service - as of Dec 17 tree still had not shipped!!! This "family owned" company is a prime example of greed with total disregard for their lack of customer service. If you want to have a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
