I m going with 3 stars. The food was good not great. I ve had better upscale Mexican before. They were busy but I thought the staff was inattentive. We waited a bit too long once seated before anyone brought water (we were all thirsty so we noticed) then certainly too long before the waiter came. He was then knowledgeable and helpful. Once food came no one checked on us. I ran out of anything to drink. Then waited too long once we were finished. I thought this would be better especially for a $100 lunch.
