Unfortunately upon our arrival, our bedroom had rubbish in it, a half drunk bottle of water and the bed looked as though it had been slept in, plus other minor problems.
However, upon reporting this to the staff, a fresh and better bedroom was found for us and we were quickly moved. Complimentary drinks were offered.
The new room was great but we only had a few hours sleep there before we left early in the morning so we were unable to check out the rest of the hotel.
The problem was dealt with efficiently but should not have happened in the first place.
