Terrible customer service, not sure if they know what they are doing. They replaced my screen and then the case, on 2 separate occasions. Both replacements went bad, so I went again (1 hr 5 minutes each way) and they re-replaced both the screen and now the board. When I asked for them to ship it back at their cost, because the last time I spent $50 shipping rather than going there, they said "Well, the issue is between you and Apple, as they provide the parts". I have already started a case with Apple, as I was referred to Charlotte Street Computers by them. Guess what? I got my laptop Saturday, as of yesterday morning (Monday) screen not working correctly and now it is not even turning on.

Saying that the issue is between me and Apple is like getting your transmission changed, then it's stops working, and your mechanic says "Oh, it's between you and Ford, call them". I would have been better off just shipping to Apple directly from the get go, my experience with Apple on the phone has been excellent so far, definitely cannot say the same about this place.
