An increasingly negative experience, especially for the quality / price ratio. Given the cost of tickets and season tickets, the services offered are not satisfactory. Trains always late, with considerable consequences on the amount of lost working and private time. A 5 minute delay personally costs me to get to work 1 hour later. The staff is often not friendly or even capable of giving an answer. Wagons are often dirty and smelly. The loudspeakers are always out of order and rarely the conductor passes to give important communications. We stop in nothing for more than 15 minutes and no one can explain why. Tre Nord, however, apologizes for the inconvenience !!! Not to mention the heating and air conditioning system. I hope at least that the air conditioning goes well in the driver's cabin: never let it feel bad during the journey in the summer! And I won't add anything else ...
