I coming this centre long time they saying we are...

I coming this centre long time they saying we are improve centre but unfortunately negative way so this year l put my star down because l can see staff very rude and unhelpful, if you need help you can't find anybody, no face to face or nobody answer to phone or waiting long time answer for email, if you can they don't want to fix your problem .Specially if they see you can't speak English very well they make everything difficult for you and to be honest they don't care about customers they can show you door "if you don't want you can cancel your membership and you can leave".
