I recently purchased a bike from Clever Cycles and the experience was excellent. I had a number of interactions with them, starting with a rental to try out the bike, and then purchasing the bike, getting some additional accessories, and finally returning one accessory that wasn't going to work for me. I was able to get in touch with the staff by phone, web chat, and in person and everyone has been friendly and helpful each time.
