I was flooded out of my condo 5 years ago and retained PB as the contractor to put it back together again. They took care of everything including dealing with the insurers and subcontractors. They promised to get me back in by a certain date and delivered. Every person who I came into contact with was terrific and a pleasure to work with. Any problem was corrected immediately. They owned the project and did a fabulous job. Recently, I suffered water damage again and while, much smaller, it never occurred to me not to call Payne Bouchier. They came to my rescue immediately. I highly recommend the PB team starting with Steve Payne and Lee Reid - it is all about quality and customer service.
