Great resort! Nice clean rooms, pool and private beach. Bad spa service. Our appointment was double booked and eventually canceled. This was quite disappointing. Especially after emphasizing multiple times that we prebooked, the spa manager offered us half hour separate sessions instead of a full one hour session for two people. Also we were quite disappointed by the A la carte service offered in the restaurant. The food took an hour to arrive and service was poor. Looks like their focus is mainly on the buffet service in one of their restaurants. They give packed breakfast if you're leaving for sightseeing early in the morning, we only knew this the day before we left SL. But thought that was a good convenience offered to guests.
