I had to deal with this organization on a grandfathered mortgage and attempted to work with them on an additional transaction. The sales reps no-show'd for multiple meetings and did not follow-up on my request. Their ambivalent requirements & process changed and ultimately wasted my time as I had to track them down and follow up just to be told the information they gave me from the start was completely incorrect.

The rates may seem attractive, but if you can, go elsewhere. This company is also co-branded as Canadiana Financial - watch out for either.
