I cannot say enough good things about the McIntyre Group and, more specifically, the recruiter with whom I worked, Sarah Binderberger. I had never worked with a recruiting agency, so when I was given her contact information from a friend after a lay-off, I didn t really know what to expect. I sent off an email to the recruiter with the thought that, at worst, it would be a good idea to have someone glance at my resume.

Within a couple of hours, I had a response from Sarah, and within two days, I was sitting in an interview room at the Norwalk office. I was so pleased with how much attention Sarah paid to my interests, skills, and goals for the future. She wasn t just trying to pawn me off on any company who would hire me; she wanted to make sure that any positon she brought to me fit my search criteria and interested me. She sent me on a number of interviews I never would have been able to get without her help, and after each one, she was always there with a phone call to help me debrief.

Working with Sarah and the McIntyre Group was an absolute pleasure during a dreary bout of unexpected unemployment. Everyone with whom I interacted (from the recruiting coordinators to the accounting staff) was entirely friendly; helpful; and available. It is with no reservations that I recommend the McIntyre Group for all of your recruiting needs.
