Other than the physicians being thorough and great...

Other than the physicians being thorough and great with communication and quality of care. The process of the triage system and the waiting room is horrible. There is no direction on what to do. Nurses are sitting in a closed area where you can t even ask any questions. You sit and wait not knowing what is going on unless you complain and keep bothering registration staff... seriously need to change the process of emergency room waiting area.
