I will never do business with this dealership agai...

I will never do business with this dealership again. I was sold a $4500 complete extended warranty for my used Dodge Ram pickup I bought there. I wanted complete coverage on the vehicle and the option to go to any dealership because I travel often for work. I was assured by the finance folks that I could go to any dealership When my truck required some work. I Googled dealerships to find a Dodge dealership closest to where I live in Maricopa City. I brought my truck to Tempe RAM and they ran diags found the problem and called the warranty company to do the required work. It was denied. I called the warranty company and asked why and they said I have to bring it back to the original selling dealership, unless I'm more than 40 miles away. I told them I live 50 miles away, and they said, oh no, it is where your truck is now, not where you live. They recommended I call finance department at Gateway Chevrolet to get a release to have the work completed at Dodge. That started on Tuesday. After multiple calls I finally got to talk to the finance director. He said he'd look into it and call me back in 10 minutes... never heard from him for the rest of the week. I started calling the dealership many times a day trying to actually talk to a real person. I did get a hold of somebody four days later who said they would take care of it but when I checked with the extended warranty company, they said the person did not have the authority to release anything. The following Monday I called again and actually got a hold of one more associate who said that he would take care of it. I called up the warranty company and they said they never heard from anybody. I called the finance department more than 50 times in the last nine days trying to get a resolution to this simple problem and only got a real person three times. Every time I left a detailed message my name and phone number and never got a call back, ever. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. So be warned they were good with the original sale, but after that, they were very disappointing. I finally gave up and went and paid for the diagnostics on my vehicle out of my own pocket to Dodge, it still needs service. It was not the fact that they'd never mentioned about a 40 mile radius around the dealership where you can't use any other repair shop, but more the fact that you get absolutely NO response, and NO call backs. I hope this helps somebody not have to go through what I did...
