Feel ing ripped off yet again due to mystery charg...

Feel ing ripped off yet again due to mystery charges (from a year ago) that have suddenly appeared from nowhere with no explanation. I can only assume other owners have the same frustration as RMG won't allow me to contact the other owners of the same block. There is no way of knowing what is being spent. We have no say in the cost of running. Everything is charged, everything is charged again while someone 'inspects' it. There appears to be no one regulating these companies. Utterly fed up with being fobbed off and ripped off.
