The care that goes into the food and the experience at the Shamus is second to none. The menu is local (you can tell from the creative items that have to offer, i.e., specialty cheeses and produce in season) and the craft cocktails are amazing! My favorite is the muddled strawberry margarita (summertime) and the scallops with caramelized onions.

I have a local business, and we bring customers from all over the U.S., who tell us that the Shamus is one of the best restaurants they ve ever been to. The staff is super friendly and always willing to accommodate special requests, and if you don t have a big appetite you will definitely go home with leftovers!
