As much as I love my Beachcomber hot tub, I will never set foot in this store again. I had an issue back in July 2015 which was never resolved by the store as the one of the employees mislead me and then the management was condescending and rude. I was only able to get the issue somewhat resolved at the end of November after repeated calls to the corporate customer care then a couple Facebook posts.

The next time I am in the market for Beachcomber products, I will be doing the hour or more drive either east or west to get it.
