Had my Honda Accord in for service to fix an issue with the car starting. The service advisor (Nikolas Esposito) was courteous and helpful in explaining the work needed. Best of all, he worked with Honda Care to ensure the service was covered under warranty. And I didn't miss a beat as their waiting area was well equipped with a cubicle setup that allowed me to work from there while I wait.
