I bought my 2010 Ford Edge in March. Fast forward ...

I bought my 2010 Ford Edge in March. Fast forward to May and I get a letter saying it has a recall and I can't drive it. Alright, I follow the instructions and get a rental from the in house Hertz office. Each month(apparently per the recall) I have to take the time and resign my agreement. Michele from Broadway has been an absolute peach to deal with. Hertz on the other hand, nope.
Now my recall part is ready and my Ford battery is not holding a charge. I guess when you are instructed to not drive your car for over 3 months, this is what happens. I would appreciate it if Broadway Ford would step up to the plate and replace my battery with a new one at no charge for this unreal experience.
