Joined last year as a fresher and within a less time, I was made a permanent employee. Having a great experience with zCon Solutions and I am part of Sales team. The work culture is too good and people are friendly, always supporting.
For beginners, the company provides ample opportunities to learn & growth.

Technical point of view, i can say by seeing the number of ongoing projects, zCon has the ability/capability to solve business problems as they have a many experts spread across various technologies.

One of the things that impressed me the most is Top management is directly connected not only to team leaders but also to team members. They practice a flat hierarchy (I am a fresher but access the CEO anytime if required).
