For heaven's sake, no dish is "bad". However, the quality of the presentation is much higher than the quality of the dish and the raw materials used. And obviously presentation alone is not enough. Especially if you have 16 starters and a 17 first course: a 17 first course cannot be just "beautiful", it must be perfect. And here we are very far from perfection ...
