Go elsewhere!! Save yourself some time. After speaking with several people and reading reviews, I was unsure of coming here, but I ve always thought you have to give it a try before you ll ever know for yourself. Well take my advice and listen to all reviews stating they don t return calls, they don t know how to approach people and are shady!! I m in a very unfortunate situation with my cat and after trying to contact them several times, on numerous different occasions with no response. I reached out to the director, who was very nice and got me into touch with someone right away! But only to be told they won t take my pet because they opened yesterday and are now full??? I ve been trying for weeks!! Zero compassion! Very short! It really is sad that people look to these places in a true time of need and they are shunned away.. or are denied an adoption application based on a piece of paper. This place seriously lacks communication and empathy.. which I find both important when dealing with animals and people.
