The airport pickup was excellent! Superb service, facilities and driver.
From arrival to room check in, we were pampered in different wonderful ways by the efficient receptionist and all hotel staff who were fabulous. We were so pleased with the room that is spotless and well presented. The meals in the evening that day and breakfast the next morning were delicious and artfully prepared coupled with the attention of professional staff. Memorable experience at the hotel! Thank you very much to all dedicated and diligent staff of SULE Shangri-la. Well done!
