I have been trying to reach a patient for 3 days on 2 different extensions. The phones keep ringing with no answer. I think that is insane due to patients not being able to have phones. They are family members to us. This is very concerning! Coming from someone who has worked in and personally experienced the field. Ex: 410 & 415
