I came to hear of shocking stories of how the elderly are treated.
Please look into the way the staff treat elderly people who can not fight (or maybe even speak) for themselves.

One incident (Ward B - 1st floor): the night of 6 October a lady fell from her bed. She was helped back to her bed by the night staff. But they refrained from putting up the rails to prevent her from falling off again.

Early hours of 7 Oct 2016, a lady was bleeding profusely - literally liters of blood streaming from her leg where she had a procedure done, in her bed, she was lying in all this blood. The bell was rang a few times, and no-one put urgency to the matter. She could have bled herself to death.
Why would the staff fight with an elder person who have no control of a bladder / running stomach? As if it is not embarrassing enough to have an accident, the staff embarrass the people even more.

It is absolutely shocking! A private hospital, giving service like this. I don't even want to know what is going on in other wards.
