Oscar Jaramillo is completely ineffective as a service advisor. He apparently doesn t check email or voicemail, and doesn t accept responsibility for poor customer service. The salesperson I bought the car from was great, as was finance, but I am woefully unimpressed with the service department. I will NOT be returning here.
