Roxy Franklin was very helpful and caught an error in the system that was causing my rate to be way higher than expected. However, Roxy did not give up on getting to the bottom of the issue at hand even after I told her that I would just go elsewhere. She was very professional, polite and just off the fact the she was such a huge help,I am definitely going to tell people that Traders insurance is the way to go!! Thanks again Roxy you made my experience one few good thing 2020 has had to offer!
