THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH! They are asking f...

THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH! They are asking for a $600 deposit to turn on utilities. I do not owe them any money, I have a bank account with their CREDIT UNION and even offered to have the money automatically with drawn from my account each month....the answer was still no. They had to have $600, and no they could not split up the payment on the bill. What kind of company treats their customers this way?? The kind that is the only option in the Springfield City Limits. If I could give this "0" stars I would.
