My husband and I purchased a kitchen pantry cabine...

My husband and I purchased a kitchen pantry cabinet recently. Very poor customer service. When I ordered the cabinet I specifically told them what was needed - the fillers; toe kick & crown molding along with the cabinet. It did take some time to receive the cabinet. When it arrived the top filler was missing. You would think they would know what to order for the cabinet. After numerous calls waiting for cabinet & filler from me the top filler finally came in. To my surprise I rec'd a phone call saying it arrived & to pick it up. My husband went to pick it up - was told to go to a warehouse on Princetown Rd to get it. It was not there & he couldn't find the warehouse. So He went back to speak to someone at warehouse & all they said was oh it's here. Instead of having my husband drive all around they should of looked at their warehouse first. So unprofessional. I will never purchase anything nor will I recommend anyone to go to Bellevue Builders again. There are plenty of other places that will gladly help out the customer & follow up w/phone calls as to status of my order. Instead I had to keep calling every single week.
Do your homework everyone before you decide to purchase anything from Bellevue Builders.
