My experience at Al Serra was absolutely wonderful. Kevin Yzquierdo was my agent and all I can tell anyone who's reading this is to find out where his desk is and go straight to him. He is a combination of 'personable' mixed with professionalism mixed with clairvoyance. I told him what I was looking for, what I was willing to pay, and he perused his inventory and paired me with the perfect vehicles. I bought 3 vehicles at the same time, for myself and my sons, and Kevin made the process as smooth as cheesecake. He and the rest of the staff at Al Serra are all fantastic; and if management is reading this, your staff all deserve gigantic raises, bonuses and perks. The people you have representing this company are exceptional.
