They offer fentanyl as the first option for pain management.... no wonder KY has an opioid problem.

Using the call button from a hospital bed will connect you to someone at the nurse desk, which would be great if they followed through with actually fulfilling your request like turning off a beeping IV infuser. Thankfully somebody will happen to walk in two hours later so that's nice.
Of course, when you are managing a persistent fever and high resting heart rate due to an infection it would be nice if it didn't take 2 hours to get a dose of medicine to prevent your fever from spiking to 104 degrees.

You also get to explain to every new nurse or doctor what the last one was treating you with because nobody seems to read the treatment notes. This compounds the issues with getting basic medications.
