Our HOA has been using EMB Associa through its many incarnations, this last one was roughest yet. Over the past 6 months they seem to have gotten their bearings again and have hired some really good people, refocused their customer service, and commitment to their clients. Floryn Edwards out of the Bellevue office has been a one of their best additions and a solid voice for our HOA. She is responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, and it feels good again to know that we can rely on her to have our community's best interests at heart.
