We are a family of six and had a staycation in Discovery Suites. The rooms are gorgeous with view but not the full view since there are constructions from back and front. Food was great and there were many selections during breakfast. Security, yes were checking the bags but some customers were not checked (just my observation). We had an experience; we had to move out from our original room because of the AC from the 2 rooms. It got frozen and needs to melt. What I like about is how the Night shift handled our concern. We were assisted by Houskeeping (I think it was Jay and I forgot the other staff, sorry) and Annie-the manager, as we were transferred to our new room. It was just the same floor! that my daughter didn t notice we moved since she s sleeping. Our room was beyond expectations, though we had to move; the housekeeping staff was efficient, attentive. BUT I particularly what to extend my thanks to the staffs that helped us, Annie and Jay, and the other one. I have been to larger or newer hotels but do not recall a better accommodating staff. It was actually a good move to transfer us on the same floor and with the same set up of beds! Terrific staff! Exceptional job, arranged by concierge! We look forward to returning soon!
