I flew into and out of JRO and had different issue...

I flew into and out of JRO and had different issues both times. On my way into JRO I was frustrated when the people who check your passport spent a full minute talking to each other rather than help process more customers. It's not usually a big deal, but it's already a "smaller" international airport and two flights had just arrived. On the way out, however, they had recently made improvements....and placed all of their restrooms behind check-in. Who in their right mind thought that was a good idea?! They also had multiple ropes open so people could cut in line when you finally were allowed to check in. Luckily both my flights arrived on time but I am frustrated about the lack of professionalism and attention to detail on an otherwise amazing trip to Tanzania.
