A couple of years ago I started to wonder why I'd travelled widely in Europe, (loved Italy especially) but never really had an enthusiasm for Spain. I had an Australian friend who had a contact who'd been to Vaughantown, I'd never heard of it so I had to find out more. I set off for Gredos thinking if it wasn't that enjoyable I could put up with a week of it. Well..... I truly had the most fantastic experience. I met a lovely group of Spaniards, all of whom were warm, friendly, funny and very keen to improve their English. The Anglos were great fun too.. Parting on the Friday was a very tearful affair and 2 years later our WhatsApp group is going strong. It's also a great testament to Vaughan that so many people have been back several times. I have enthused about it to all of my friends, and I can't wait to go back again.
