"Closed for the holidays"...we moved on December 8...

"Closed for the holidays"...we moved on December 8th. It is now Jan 4th and we have no technician until Jan 15th. Last tech was going to be 2 hours late of the "window" . Still being charged for service though, turns out.
Also to cancel service will cost $1800+.

Unbelievably lousy customer service.
