We got a good price on brochures, so we sent the guy Quin the pdf and was told that it'd be up to a week. It took a week and one day, and when we came in they had the brochures but they weren't folded. It took him another hour to run 1000 brochures through the folder.

There was poor communication, and although the quality of the print was pretty good, the folds and the paper itself wasn't that great.
