So I go to pick up my emptied garbage can, only to look down and see that my brand new shirt is covered in mechanical grease! It is all over the lid of my garbage can. I call the company. It came from the arms of a recently greased truck, they have no issue admitting that. Ask them to make amends for the shirt
and the answer is just flat out tough luck lady. I guess when you have an exclusivity contract with the county you don't have to be responsible to your customers. I'm so tired of picking my can up out of the gutter after they've come
and now I have to worry about them ruining my clothes too.. Customer care is severely lacking, not necessarily in the individuals but in the corporation as a whole.
