I originally called to check on the warranty date ...
I originally called to check on the warranty date of my used Mazda I had just purchased from another company. I was told that it had already expired. Several days later, my battery went out and while I was looking at paperwork, realized that my warranty should actually have still been in effect. I called back and the service manager looked into the situation, realized the mistake, helped me get my battery replaced and more than compensated me with another service comped. They were a pleasure to do business with, quick, informative and so positive. They will be my go-to service department going forward.
