Myself, my wife and two kids have been members for 10 years. We pay over $100 per month. Me and my wife also purchased parking passes. I was just in a car accident where a driver ran into me and totaled my car. I tore the parking sticker off my windshield but it does not work. I went in to have it replaced. I told them the story which they could have cared less about. I spoke to three people and not one said anything about the accident like are you ok etc... furthermore they would NOT give me another parking pass. They wanted me to pay for it. This is not the first time it has been shown to me that at the recplex members come last. I feel that everytime I go there.
