I have been a customer for 5 years at Total Entertainment and every time I've been in there I have been greeted cordially and treated wonderfully. Everyone I've sent there have been happy too. The prices are great and everyone is always concerned with not just giving you the best price but making sure your instrument is right for you! Don't know who wrote one of the negative responses but all I can say is " dead wrong "!
