Even though I have been working on Agile projects and Scrum for quite some time, this workshop gave me good insights into Scrum and Agile methodologies. Will be able to implement Scrum better in my organization. Also, quite obviously was very helpful in clearing the Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master certification.
