We have been to Waterbar a few times (my son LOVES their oysters) and we all love the fresh seafood, views, and professional (yet down to earth) staff. We decided to celebrate my birthday there this year (with some old friends who had never been there) and we were truly impressed with the attentiveness, personal touches, and amazing treatment we received. Elliot (the restaurant manager) is truly a class act. He stopped by our table several times to personally ask us how things were going and if there was anything we needed. He would also casually stop by other tables to check in with the guests and even top off their wine glasses for them - how nice is that!? We'll be back again and again!
